Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of PinDeleter, operated by SIA EVORO (Latvia). It lets you delete Pins from your own Pinterest account, only after you confirm; see sections 4, 7 and 8. Paid plans are available; see sections 10 to 16.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SIA EVORO, a company based in Latvia (“we”, “us”, “our”), covering your use of PinDeleter, a web application for connecting a Pinterest account and bulk-deleting Pinterest Pins (the “Service”).
By connecting a Pinterest account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PinDeleter is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service by applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Description of the service
PinDeleter lets you sign in with Pinterest, view your boards and Pins, filter and select Pins, and ask Pinterest to delete the Pins you select. For each selected Pin we send Pinterest one deletion request. The Service depends on Pinterest’s API, and its features, limits and behavior may change over time.
4. Pinterest access and your Pinterest account
PinDeleter acts on your Pinterest account only at your direction. It shows you your boards and Pins, and the Pins you select and confirm are deleted from your Pinterest account through Pinterest’s API. That cannot be undone through PinDeleter (see section 8). Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms and policies.
5. Pinterest account connection and your account
You connect your Pinterest account using Pinterest’s official OAuth login. You sign in on Pinterest and approve the permissions we request; we never see or store your Pinterest password. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms and policies.
You can disconnect at any time inside PinDeleter. Disconnecting ends your session with us; it does not by itself revoke our access token at Pinterest or delete your usage record (see the Privacy Policy). You may also manage your Pinterest account through Pinterest’s own services and settings, where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your Pinterest account secure.
There is no separate PinDeleter email-and-password account. Your account is identified by your stable Pinterest user ID, and your usage record and any plan or subscription are linked to that ID.
If you disconnect and later reconnect the same Pinterest account, your usage, plan and subscription remain linked to it. A different Pinterest account does not inherit another account’s plan, subscription or usage: each Pinterest account needs its own subscription, and a subscription cannot be transferred between Pinterest accounts.
7. Selecting and deleting Pins
You choose which Pins to delete, and deletion happens only after you explicitly confirm. Filters and bulk-selection tools are conveniences: you are responsible for checking exactly which Pins are selected before you confirm, and you should review your selection before you do.
We send each selected Pin to Pinterest’s API as a separate deletion request. Pinterest decides the outcome of each request. Requests can fail, for example because of Pinterest errors, limits, permissions or API changes. We do not guarantee that any particular deletion request will succeed or complete. Failed deletions do not count toward any plan limit.
After you confirm, the deletion runs in the background on our servers, using the Pinterest permission you granted, and continues if you close the page, refresh it or sign out. It can take several minutes. A deletion covers up to 1,000 Pins, only one can run at a time, and Pins in a running deletion cannot be selected again. There is no cancel button once a deletion has started; to stop it, revoke PinDeleter’s access in your Pinterest account settings. Once Pinterest stops accepting our requests, the deletion stops and the Pins not yet deleted are left alone.
8. Irreversible deletion
Deleting a Pin cannot be undone. The deletion is carried out by Pinterest at your request, through its API. PinDeleter cannot restore a Pin after Pinterest has deleted it and does not keep a copy of the Pin’s title, description, link or image. It keeps an operational record of each deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy. We make no promise about whether Pinterest can recover deleted content, how Pinterest handles it afterwards, or how long it takes Pinterest to reflect a deletion. If you may want any content later, save it yourself before you delete. You are responsible for confirming what you delete.
9. Free plan
The Service is available on the Free plan, which costs $0. The Free plan includes 10 successful Pin deletions in total, over the lifetime of your Pinterest account, not per month. Only successful deletions count; failed deletions do not.
Only deletions made while you are on the Free plan count toward this allowance. Deletions made on a paid plan never use it up, and changing plan never resets it. The limit is tied to your Pinterest account, so disconnecting and reconnecting does not reset it.
If you ask us to delete your data, we keep a minimal record to enforce this limit, as described in the Privacy Policy. Trying to get around the limit is not allowed (see section 18). We may change the Free plan or its limit in the future; any change will be reflected on the Pricing page and in these Terms.
10. Paid plans: Pro and Unlimited
- Pro: $4.99 per month, with up to 500 successful Pin deletions in each paid monthly billing period.
- Unlimited: $9.99 per month, with no limit on the number of successful Pin deletions, subject to section 18 and to the technical limits and rate limits of Pinterest’s API.
How deletions are counted. Only successful deletions count toward any limit; failed deletions never do. Limits apply to the Pinterest account you connected.
The Pro allowance belongs to a successfully paid billing period. A Pro billing period starts when the payment for it succeeds and lasts one month from your subscription’s billing date; it does not follow calendar months. The 500 deletions are for that period only and unused deletions do not carry over. A new allowance starts only after the payment for the next period has succeeded. A failed, pending or late renewal payment does not create a fresh allowance (see section 14).
Your Free allowance is preserved. It is separate from paid plans: deletions made on Pro or Unlimited never use it up, and upgrading, downgrading or cancelling never resets it. If you return to the Free plan, you have whatever is left of your 10 Free deletions (for example, if you used 2 on the Free plan before subscribing, you have 8 left afterwards).
When you reach a limit, browsing and filtering your Pins remains available; you just cannot delete more until you have allowance again.
11. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
Pro and Unlimited are recurring monthly subscriptions. You are charged when you subscribe and then once a month on the same date. Your subscription renews automatically for another month at the then-current price until you cancel it (see section 13). By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges to the payment method you choose.
You subscribe through Stripe’s hosted checkout page. A subscription starts, and paid access begins, only when your payment has been confirmed; this can take a short moment after you pay. Each Pinterest account can have one active paid subscription at a time. Switching between Pro and Unlimited is currently done by cancelling and subscribing again; we may add other ways later.
You manage your subscription with “Manage billing” in PinDeleter’s Settings, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices and cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment details valid and up to date.
12. Payments, Merchant of Record and taxes
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. For these purchases, Stripe, or the applicable Stripe entity, may act as the merchant of record, and your purchase may be shown as “Sold through Link”. Stripe’s own terms and privacy notices, which are shown at checkout, apply to your payment in addition to these Terms. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and the Link page about purchases sold through Link.
SIA EVORO provides the PinDeleter service. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing for these purchases, sends receipts and invoices, and, as provided in its Managed Payments arrangement, handles fraud prevention, payment disputes and transaction-level support. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Stripe’s checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency where it offers that, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees.
Taxes. Where Stripe’s Managed Payments arrangement provides for it, Stripe calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes on your purchase, and the tax is shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
13. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, using “Manage billing” in Settings (Stripe’s customer portal) or, where Stripe offers it, through your Link account. Disconnecting your Pinterest account from PinDeleter, or simply no longer using the Service, does not cancel your subscription: cancel it first.
- Cancelling at the end of the period. Cancelling stops future renewals. When you cancel this way, you keep your paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and Settings shows the date it ends. After that your account returns to the Free plan.
- Immediate cancellation. We may cancel a subscription immediately at your request, or where needed administratively (for example for a duplicate subscription, a billing error, fraud or abuse, or a payment dispute). Immediate cancellation ends paid access straight away and your account returns to the Free plan. Whether any amount is refunded is decided under section 15.
- If you ask Stripe or Link to delete your data. If a customer asks for their Managed Payments data to be deleted, Stripe cancels the subscriptions sold to them through Managed Payments, which ends paid access.
- After cancellation. Your Free allowance is preserved as described in section 10. Cancelling does not delete your usage record or your other data; see the Privacy Policy.
14. Failed payments and the 7-day grace period
If a renewal payment fails, this is what happens:
- Grace period. The subscription becomes “past due” and your paid access continues for up to 7 days from when we record the failed payment, while payment is retried or you update your payment method. PinDeleter shows the date the grace period ends.
- No fresh allowance. During the grace period a failed renewal does not give you a new Pro allowance. Your Pro deletions keep counting against the last billing period that was successfully paid, so if that allowance is used up you cannot delete more until payment succeeds. Unlimited has no deletion limit to refresh.
- After the grace period. If payment has still not succeeded after 7 days, your account returns to the Free plan, even if Stripe is still attempting to collect payment.
- Unpaid, cancelled or paused. If Stripe marks the subscription unpaid, cancelled or paused, your account returns to the Free plan immediately, with no grace period.
- Payment succeeds. If a payment succeeds, including a later retry, your paid access is restored and the allowance for the newly paid billing period starts. Your Free allowance is not affected either way.
Payment retries are scheduled by Stripe and may change; we do not promise a number or timing of retries. You can update your payment method at any time with “Manage billing” in Settings. A failed payment does not cancel the amount owed, and we may cancel the subscription as described in section 13.
15. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Our refund policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes unused time and unused deletions in the period, and cancelling part-way through a period (you keep access until the end of the period you paid for).
Duplicate charges and billing errors. If you were charged twice, or charged in error, contact us at info@pindeleter.com with your Pinterest username and the date and amount of the charge. We review these requests and refund where appropriate.
Stripe as merchant of record. Because Stripe handles these purchases as merchant of record, you may also request a refund through Link support, and Stripe may issue refunds in some cases under its own refund policy for Managed Payments. Nothing in this section limits that. If a payment is refunded, we may end the paid access it covered.
Your legal rights. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including, where they apply, any right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase within a legal period and any remedy for a digital service that is not provided or does not conform. See section 26.
Disputes and chargebacks. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us or Link support first; we can usually fix it quickly. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, Stripe handles the dispute as merchant of record under its own processes. While a payment is disputed or reversed, we may treat the subscription as unpaid, which returns the account to the Free plan. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension under section 24.
16. Changes to plans and prices
Plans, limits, features and their availability may change, and we may add, change or stop offering a plan. We may also change prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from a renewal after we have given you notice (and, where the law requires, the notice and consent the law requires), so you can cancel before it applies. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
If we end a paid plan that you have paid for, other than because you breached these Terms, we will either let you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for or refund the unused part of that period.
17. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms. In particular, you agree to:
- use it only with Pinterest accounts and Pins you are authorized to manage;
- comply with Pinterest’s terms, policies and API rules when using Pinterest through the Service;
- use the Service at a reasonable volume that does not disrupt it or Pinterest’s systems; and
- keep any information you give us accurate.
18. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- connect or manage a Pinterest account you are not authorized to use;
- circumvent or try to circumvent the Free plan limit or any other plan limit, for example by creating or switching accounts or otherwise manipulating usage counts;
- interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to breach the security of the Service or its infrastructure;
- use automated means to access the Service in a way that is abusive or that we have not allowed;
- misuse, extract or share OAuth tokens or other credentials;
- use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or make fraudulent or abusive payment disputes;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law does not allow us to prevent it;
- use the Service to violate the law or the rights of others, or to breach Pinterest’s terms; or
- introduce malicious code or otherwise harm the Service or other people.
19. Third-party services and Pinterest dependency
The Service relies on Pinterest’s APIs and on third-party infrastructure and services such as Cloudflare and Stripe, and optionally on Google Analytics. Pinterest may change, limit, suspend or withdraw API access, permissions or features, change how its API behaves, or have outages, rate limits or policy changes, at any time. Any of these can interrupt, affect or stop the Service, or cause deletions to fail. We do not guarantee Pinterest API availability, and we are not responsible for Pinterest’s or other third parties’ actions, availability or policies.
If a Pinterest outage or restriction materially prevents you from using a paid plan during a billing period you have paid for, contact us and we will consider in good faith what remedy, if any, is appropriate. This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
PinDeleter is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of its respective owner.
20. Service availability and changes
The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, including for maintenance, and including when changes to the access Pinterest grants us, or to Pinterest’s API, change what the Service does. Section 16 applies to paid plans.
21. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and the PinDeleter name and branding, belongs to SIA EVORO or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own lawful purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your Pinterest content. Your Pinterest content remains yours or your licensors’ and is subject to Pinterest’s terms. Pinterest’s name and marks belong to Pinterest.
22. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any deletion request will succeed, or that Pinterest will keep providing the API access the Service relies on. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, content, Pins, profits, reach or engagement, arising from your use of the Service. This includes deletions that you selected and confirmed, and failures, changes or outages of Pinterest or other third parties.
For any other loss arising from your use of the Service, and again only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are liable only for loss that was reasonably foreseeable and was directly caused by our breach of these Terms or by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including, where the law does not allow it to be limited or excluded, liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intentional wrongdoing or for gross negligence. This section is also subject to the mandatory consumer rights described in section 26.
24. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service, and cancel any subscription, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or circumvention of limits (including fraudulent or abusive payment disputes), if Pinterest withdraws or restricts access, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where we end paid access other than for your breach, section 16 applies.
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting, but remember that this does not cancel a subscription (see section 13). After termination, the sections that by their nature should continue to apply will continue to apply. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including the minimal Free-plan record described there.
25. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction, subject to section 26.
26. Mandatory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms, including the governing law and jurisdiction clause in section 25 and the refund policy in section 15, limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that you have under the law of your country of residence, including, where applicable, any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when the Service, our Pinterest API access or our plans change, or when paid plans are introduced. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If a change is material, we may also give additional notice on the site. Where the law allows, continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to prices are handled as described in section 16.
28. Contact
Questions about these Terms or about billing? Contact SIA EVORO (Latvia) at info@pindeleter.com. We do not promise a fixed response time for general support questions. For questions about a specific payment, you can also use the receipt email you received from Stripe or Link.
